Afternoon shift only: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on plant machinery and equipment
- Diagnose faults in hydraulic, pneumatic, and vacuum systems
- Carry out mechanical fitting, repairs, and fabrication work as needed
- Support reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
- Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to ensure operational continuity
Qualifications & Experiences
- Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter or Fitter & Turner
- Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
- Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and vacuum systems
- Confident fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Able to work independently and within a team environment
- Safety-focused with a commitment to quality
- Forklift licence, boom lift (over 11m) and scissor lift tickets (highly regarded)
- Working at Heights certification (highly regarded)
- First Aid certificate (highly regarded)
- Basic Rigging ticket (highly regarded)
